"Allan from Kiwi Inspections was great. He was very easy to talk to and has a great personality which makes the whole experinece that less stressful. He even brought snacks and drinks in a cooler while he did the inspection. He was very thorough in his inspection, took pictures and made a very easy to read report that was completed and sent to me by the afternoon. Allan let me tag along with him and ask any questions I had and explained things to me without making it seem like he was annoyed, like some home inspectors seem to do. At the end he signed me up for a website called Home Owners Network where you can get questions that you have on maintenance or DIY projects on your home! My only complaint is this is probably the last home inspection we are going to need for a long while and I wont be able to hang out with Allan again! I would recommend Allan from Kiwi Home Inspections to anyone I know in need of one."
